We were tasked to complete SAP calculations for a block of 8 flats using a biomass boiler linked to all the dwellings. This provided very good results on the SAP calculation front and the final Energy Performance Certificates once the project was complete.

This project was carried out using SAP 2009. When Biomass was deemed the best option. Current regulations may differ.
